This modern apartment is on the third floor of a typical Italian building of the 800 and has been renovated in 2010.
As soon as you enter you will find the Living room area with a sofa bed on your left and on your right the open Kitchen with a white table.
In the bedroom there is a lovely double and comfortable bed, a big desk and large closets and on your right (inside the bedroom) the complete bathroom.
The apartment is fully furnished.
Furniture have been chosen to express the modern identity and it is also comfortable and functional; also the set of appliances was focused on functionality and comfort with a 32-inch LCD television, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave oven combined, all latest appliances.
Today, in order to preserve its historical value, the building is affected by some interior renovations that will soon bring him back to its original state.
Ideal for hosting up to 4 people this one bedroom apartment allows you to move to Milan without problems because it is very close and well-connected to all major points of interest of the city.

The building is under work- reconstruction till December 2015 to improve our beautiful apartment.
