When you arrive you will be greeted by a housekeeper who will show you around.
The housekeeper lives nearby and is on hand should you have any queries at all during your stay.
It has excellent transport connections to central London and Gatwick airport making it very accessible if you are visiting from overseas.
Alternatively, if you would like to travel to the house by car there are no parking restrictions outside the house or on surrounding streets.
It is just a 7 minute walk to Penge East and Sydenham train stations from where you can travel directly into London, to Victoria and London Bridge respectively.
The house has all the modern appliances and fittings that you could possibly desire.
With unlimited wifi throughout the house, a TV with cable service including all your favourite channels and a living and dining area fully equipped to handle 12 people, you will be able to enjoy meals together.

This unique house is located in the historic village of Sydenham in South-East London famous in the 1640 when springs of water in Wells Park were discovered to have medicinal properties, attracting crowds of people.
The area was also home to Lionel Logue, the Australian speech therapist who saved the British monarchy as described in the book and 2011 Oscar-winning film The Kings Speech.
The surrounding area offers a great deal to explore.
Sydenham itself is full of boutique cafes, restaurants, pubs and a wonderful little book shop.
There is a supermarket nearby as well should you wish to prepare food for yourself during your stay.
Dulwich village with an abundance of old-world charm is just a short bus ride away.
