Montgenevre Chalet is located high above the resort of Montgenèvre, in a south-facing residential area with superb views of the mountains and valley. This tastefully decorated property can accommodate 10/12 people in 310 m² of living space. Easily accessible, private parking spaces are available in front of the chalet (inaccessible in snow/ice conditions, as the access road is too slippery).

Located 200 m from the skibus and 500 m from the heart of the resort and the ski slopes, come and discover the many slopes of the La Voie Lactée ski area. Skis can be stored in the chalet to avoid overcrowding. Back at the chalet, you'll enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove and the wellness area for relaxing.

On the first floor, you'll find the chalet entrance and a ski-room with boot dryer, bench and ski rack.

On the first level, the wellness area with whirlpool bath and sauna is equipped, like the rest of the chalet, with an audio system allowing you to listen to your own music via Wifi. On this level, you'll also find an outbuilding with kitchen, living room with sofa, double bedroom, sleeping area with bunk bed and shower room.

The second level features a large living room with open kitchen and access to a large terrace, lounge with wood-burning stove and dining area. A double bedroom with TV and shower room completes the first floor.

The third level features a relaxation area with video projector, TV, sofa, games console, DVD collection and board games. On this same level, you'll also find 2 bedrooms: the first is a family room with 2 double beds, one of which is on the mezzanine, a desk, bathroom and balcony access. The second is a Master bedroom with a double bed, Stark bathtub, bathroom with shower and toilet, and balcony access with panoramic views.

The top floor under the roof features a family room with a double bed, two single beds (one of which is raised) and a bathroom with bath and shower. This family room is ideal for children.
