The sandy beach is 2 km away and the marina is only 1km away with bars, restaurants, crêperies and boutiques. Within a 15 minute drive are the large sandy beaches of Cap Coz and Beig Meil. The interior is airy and comfortably furnished with a lovely veranda leading to the rear garden that has a pretty pond with goldfish. A large, heated (29° all year round), indoor swimming pool (with its own bathroom) is directly accessible from the kitchen and from the patio, which is surrounded by stone walls and where you could enjoy a drink. Nearby visit the tourist village of Pont Aven with its art galleries, Concarneau famous for its fishing harbour and walled town, Quimper well worth a visit, or the capital of the south of Brittany famous for its wonderful gothic cathedral and its typical cobbled streets.A separate flat with living room, kichen and bedroom is part of the house.
