The superb beaches of Jullouville, St-Pair-Sur-Mer and St-Jean-le-Thomas are all within 8km of La Cidrerie and within easy reach are the Normandy landing beaches and the cathedral town of Bayeux with its famous tapestry. La Cidrerie's owner is an artist who runs successful mixed media painting holidays here. Courses are arranged suiting individuals or groups, including sketching on location at nearby beauty spots.
