This impressive Périgourdine style house is situated by the River Coly and just opposite a renovated lake that now offers tennis.
The delightful interior is bright and airy with tiled floors. Tastefully decorated, the property has an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and is set within large enclosed gardens which lead down to the river, and beside the private outdoor swimming pool. The ancient church of Saint Amand de Coly is worth visiting, as is Montignac. Here, several wooden-balconied houses lean appealingly over the river, and it is the main base for visiting the Lascaux Caves, with some of the finest examples of prehistoric art in existence. Close by is the pretty village of Salignac and the beautiful gardens of Manoir d'Eyrignac. The gastronomy of the region is renowned, with foie gras, duck, goose and of course black truffles are a speciality.
