Close to the Château de Caudon, awarded with ‘Monument Historique' status in France, it has been renovated to a very good standard to provide excellent accommodation with delightful open air dining areas. The walled garden is lawned and an archway through the old barn leads to your private swimming pool, plus it's just a short walk to a riverside beach. The château has fifteen acres of beautiful parkland, awarded ‘Jardin Remarquable' status in France, with spectacular trees in which guests are free to roam. The area is dotted with famous châteaux that include Beynac and Castelnaud. The medieval town of Sarlat and riverside village of La-Roque-Gageac are close by. A wonderful base from which to explore, whilst enjoying this very comfortable, private accommodation.
