Service for 20 guests (more available for cocktail parties). Bar side opening onto the pool terrace.

Living / Dining
Large dining table on the covered terrace by the kitchen and swimming pool for 10 guests. Inside dining area in the air-conditioned ocean view great room, with a large rectangular table for 12 guests (tables can be extended up to 20 guests) . The great room can be also left open both front and back sides to allow the gentle ocean breeze to naturally cool off the place, ceiling fans, mist sprayers on both terraces.

Various living areas are available inside the great room, on the back and front terraces.
