Equipped garden with swimming pool, colored-asphalt tennis court and equipped patio with table for outdoor dining, kitchen, barbecue, wood-burning oven. Next to the accommodation a large garage (80 m2) for 2 cars at the guests' disposal. The back of the house is bordered by a secondary road that leads to the hamlet of Penna di Teverina. Possibility of two additional beds in the annex (room with 2 beds and sitting area separated by a library, 1 bathroom with shower) which is located a few meters from the house, to be requested at the time of booking and paid locally.
