This ancient and restored farmhouse few kilometers from Marsciano is set in a dominant position with lovely views over the surrounding countryside and has carefully been furnished in keeping the style and traditions of the Umbrian countryside. Surrounding the house there is a garden of 5000 m² with swimming pool, loggia for outdoor dining with wood oven / BBQ and a small garden with vegetables and fruits. A part of the house (independent apartment on 1st floor with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which ensuite) is accessible only via outside stairs. Two of the seven bathrooms have no window but ventilation device. The accommodation can also be booked for 10 sleeping accommodations (See IUP383). Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
