This beautiful, elegant and bright villa is set on a slope that reaches down to Lake Trasimeno. Here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the islands of the lake. A beautiful and panoramic pool is set in the well-kept garden and close to the house. Staying at the pool, you'll get the impression that it is connected to the lake. A 200 m long path leads to the lake and to a beach. Here, it lends itself naturally to visit the beautiful little towns along the shores and from the dock in S. Feliciano (distance 4 Km) there are boats leaving for many of these places. The location is ideal to the reach the most beautiful cities of art of Umbria and southern Tuscany.
