Characteristic stone house in typical Cilento style, in a spectacular panoramic location about 3 km from Scario, a charming fishing village on the coast of the Cilento, in the district of San Giovanni a Piro. The last part of the access road (about 500 m) is not paved, a car with four-wheel drive is recommended. Your vacation home is surrounded by a large oak forest and Mediterranean vegetation. Due to its location on a rocky peak, which offers a beautiful view, the house is not suitable for small children. It is on two levels: on the ground floor is the main entrance that leads directly into a spacious kitchen and living room. On the same level are also a toilet and a bedroom with bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper level with two bedrooms with bathroom. From this level you have direct access to a magnificent terrace, from where the view covers a large part of the Gulf of Policastro. From here you can quickly reach Scario (2 Km) with all essential services: supermarket, restaurants, bars, post office. The nearest beach is 2 km away and from Scario you can reach by sea transport many of the beautiful bays that characterize the north coast to Marina di Camerota. In addition, the location is very convenient to visit the Cilento National Park and other places of natural, archaeological and cultural interest, such as the monastery Certosa di Padula in the Vallo di Diano (about 47 km) and the archaeological site of Paestum, with its magnificent temples (82 km).
