Holiday accommodation in a semi-detached house obtained from a former farmhouse, with large garden and pool in the hilly border country to Tuscany, about 20 km from Cortona (Tuscany) and Città di Castello (Umbria). Here you may breathe the atmosphere of the past without giving up modern comfort. The kitchen has maintained its original stone floor and a large open fireplace. Access through a staircase from the garden. In front of the house and in the large garden there are several sitting places, partly covered and with barbecue and table tennis. Private and fenced pool. The upper floor is not accessible and not inhabited, therefore the pool and outdoor areas are exclusive for the guests. Ideal position to relax and to visit the nice Tuscan and Umbrian towns of the area: Città di Castello and Cortona (20 km), Arezzo, Perugia and Gubbio (50 km). Trestina with all kind of shops and train station with connections to Perugia at 10 km distance.
