The house is situated in the center of a biological farming estate which produces cheese, olive oil, honey, fruit and vegetables, and it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Ground-floor: large living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 5 double bedrooms, two of which with supplementary single bed. 1. floor: living room, large bedroom (45 m2, minimum height 1 m), bathroom, laundry room. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. During your excursions in the surrounding hills you will discover small, medieval hamlets, cities of art and other wonderful places with excellent, local food. At a short distance the rests of the antique, Roman town of Carsulae and the springs of the mineral waters Sangemini (8 km) and Amerino which are famous for its terapeutic properties. Distances: Acquasparta 3 km, Terni and Spoleto 27 km, the Marmorefalls and Amelia 34 km, the picturesque lake of Piediluco 40 km, Rome 120 km.
