A modern staircase with flying stairs and no handrail leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms with sea views, both with private bathroom. Guests have access to an outdoor area with barbecue and a garden ideal for sunbathing while admiring the sea. Thanks to the convenient location, you can not only reach the beaches of Sanremo, the City of Flowers, but also visit the nearby Côte d ' Azur. Close to the French border, you can also admire the Hanbury Botanic Gardens and the area of the Balzi Rossi (Red Rocks). Bike lovers will find in Sanremo Europe’s longest coastal bike and pedestrian path leading with its 20km to the sandy beaches of San Lorenzo al Mare. A short distance from the property there are downhill- and motocross tracks. On request it is possible to have breakfast and arrange trips on a sailing boat.
