All four bedrooms feature large en-suite baths with showers .The master bedroom is located adjacent to the living area and the other 2 bedrooms on the main level are located on the opposite side of the house, facing the infinity pool and overlooking the lagoon with views of Saba in the distance. Each of these two independent bedrooms has its own full bath and can be accessed by guests from either the poolside or the gated driveway carport arrival area. The fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on a lower level below the pool.

The property also features a boat dock for access to the Simpson Bay lagoon.
