This large property on which there are two houses is suitable for large groups or for a few families who are looking for peace and comfort. The holiday home comprises two houses on the same plot. The first house is smaller and consists of four apartments, each with one bedroom, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All apartments have balconies and are nicely furnished. A few meters further, there is the main large house with 6 apartments. Three one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom one are positioned on the first floor. All of them are tastefully furnished and similarly fitted out. One of the apartments spreads on two storeys, with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs. Internal stairs will lead you to the second floor where there are two more two-bedroom apartments from which you can exit onto a large open terrace overlooking the sea and islands, ideal for sunbathing. On the ground floor of the house there is shared space with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, which is connected to indoor swimming pool. Next to the pool, there is sauna, shower and two additional toilets. On the first floor of the house lives the house owner who has his own separate entrance. He takes care of the unit’s maintenance and is also at guests’ disposal during their stay. On request and for additional charge, he can organise various excursions to Dubrovnik, Mostar, Medjugorje and Korcula or organise suppers. At your arrival he offers one supper free of charge. Although the owner lives in the house, he is very discreet and considerate and always ready to answer any questions that guests may have. Only a few minutes on foot away, there is a large pebble beach, suitable for children. On the beach, it is also possible to rent a boat.
