The Guest House & Restaurant is a small, family-run hotel made up of garden chalets nestled within lush surroundings. It is set on over 4,000 square metres of flat land at Anse Kerlan Beach, on the north-west coast of Praslin—one of the world’s most beautiful tropical islands.

The property offers a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, with fully self-contained Creole-style bungalows ranging from Superior rooms to Family Villas. All accommodations are harmoniously integrated into beautifully maintained tropical gardens, filled with vibrant flowers and located just steps from the hotel’s private beach.

The hotel also features its own on-site car rental service, SUNCARS, as well as free private parking. Near the parking area, guests will find a tortoise enclosure where they can feed the tortoises with fruits and leaves available nearby. The reception team is happy to assist with arranging all activities, including excursions, fishing trips, diving, car rentals, taxis, and more.

The beach, only a short walk away, provides direct access to sun, sea, and soft white sand, and offers breathtaking sunsets every evening. A recently built Balinese-style gazebo is available on the beach, equipped with sunbeds, chairs, tables, showers, and other amenities for guests’ comfort.

The property is within walking distance of the spectacular 18-hole golf course at Lemuria Resort & Spa, the largest in the region. It is also an ideal starting point for hiking trails leading to Anse Georgette (with authorization from Lemuria), Anse Lazio, New Comb, and as far as Anse Boudin. With a bit of luck, guests may even spot Praslin’s iconic endemic bird, the Black Parrot, nesting nearby in the hotel’s bilembi trees.
