Contemporary style 3 bedrooms, 3,5 bathroom St Bart villa rental, located quite high in Cul de Sac, in the private estate of "Domaine du Levant" with both North West and South East ocean views. Just a short walk from one of the most private and quiet beaches of Saint Barths, Petit Cul de Sac.
The Master bedroom opens onto the front terrace with a swimming pool and the other 2 bedrooms are located on each side of the 2nds swimming pool on the back terrace. All the bedrooms can be prepared with twin beds or a large king size bed and have en suite bathrooms. The centrally located living room connects to the air-conditioned TV room, the fully equipped kitchen and both back and front swimming pool areas. The dining is on the back covered terrace by the pool.
This very spacious villa is an ideal house for families.

All the rates include daily continental breakfast (even Sundays and banking holidays),
daily housekeeping service (Except Sundays and banking holidays).

Free access to the tennis courts exclusively reserved to Domaine du Levant guests use only, as well as Form Fitness gym in Lurin. Kayaks, paddles and beach lounge chairs are available upon request at the Domaine du Levant white sandy beach.

This villa is located rigt next to 3 other villas and can be combined in a 3 to 19 bedrooms. Just the right spot for a small meeting group or convention.
