This luxury air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 10 people and features a private pool. Located in a sought-after area of ​​Pointe aux Canonniers, it is close to shops and a bakery.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A boat that can accommodate 8 people plus the skipper is also available for excursions, and a pool attendant and gardener visit weekly.

The Accommodation

This magnificent 400 m² villa is designed for 10 people and is located on the second line of the sea. An electric gate provides private access to the villa, with parking for 4 to 5 vehicles.

On foot, you can reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius, Pointe aux Canonniers Beach, and the superb Mont Choisy Beach is just a 10-minute walk away. The Mont Choisy Golf Course and Trou aux Biches Beach are also a 5-minute drive away.

The villa consists of a main area with a large living room, a dining room, and a guest toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room. The living room, equipped with a television and air conditioning, has large bay windows opening onto a huge terrace. Guests can enjoy a fully covered area with an outdoor lounge, a stone bar, a large dining table, and a huge barbecue.

On the ground floor:

Two very large air-conditioned master suites, each with an indoor and an outdoor shower, as well as a large dressing room and toilet. Each bedroom has a small terrace and is equipped with a television (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+).

Upstairs:

Two other large master suites, also air-conditioned, with a shower and toilet in each bedroom. They have storage space and a terrace with deckchairs surrounding both bedrooms. These rooms are also equipped with televisions (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+).

Véronique, our nanny, will ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. She can prepare breakfasts and lunches, do laundry, and handle daily housekeeping. Her presence is required for a fee of Rs 1,500 (approximately €25) per day.

As the owner of a 9-seater boat on Mont-Choisy beach, we offer excursions to the northern islands and the entire west coast as far as Le Morne, with our superb skippers Maxime and Jean-Michel.

We can also arrange round-trip airport/house transfers. We work with a driver with a spacious minibus, who can accompany you throughout your stay. This service is available exclusively from morning to evening, including airport transfers, fuel, insurance, and child seats. The rate is Rs 6,000 per day, which is much cheaper than renting one or more vehicles.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire accommodation. Véronique will be there to welcome you and take care of you throughout your stay!

Other Notes

You can also enjoy our boat, which can accommodate 8 people, with a skipper at your disposal. The boat can be used throughout your stay to visit the Northern Islands (Gabriel Island, Flat Island, Bernache Island, Coin de Mire, and many other idyllic spots). The cost for a day on the boat (from approximately 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), including meals and drinks, is Rs 20,000.
