This beautiful house is located on the idyllic hills of Biloslava. You can enjoy plenty of rest here since there are only three neighbouring houses. During the renovation of the house, care was taken to preserve the typical Istrian ambience and its original charm. The house has all the modern appliances. On the ground floor, there is a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is also a traditional Istrian fireplace, where you can prepare the delicious dish, 'ispod peke' or the Istrian soup on cooler days. A staircase in the living room takes you to the bedroom 2, which in turn leads to bedroom 1. This is ideal for parents with small children. The third bedroom is located next to the pool,10 metres from the main entrance. The bicycle path, Parenzana, located near the house, will take you on an exciting journey through the beautiful landscape, through tunnels, over bridges and to beautiful places with great panoramic views. The Aqua Park Istralandia, located near the property, is highly recommended for families with children. Approx. last 150 m that lead to the house are unpaved.
