Spanning 190 sqm, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while the third offers twin beds that can be joined together. One of the bedrooms opens directly onto the terrace and pool.

Located in Vauclin, the tranquility of the place is immediately striking. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to major roads. The well-maintained tropical garden is a feast for the eyes. Upon entering, the 180° view of the pool and ocean is breathtaking. The living room opens onto a 45 sqm terrace overlooking the bay of Vauclin.
