The Villa (2 villas)
Both villas are not only two houses but as a private area with pool, jetty and other fun stuff like paddle boards, barbecue, hammocks etc.

This land and the villa is located and integrated into the residence. You can close the doors of the fence for total privacy. Or, you can open the doors to enjoy the services of the residence, restaurant and swimming pool.

Each villa has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The villa size is 100 square meters with an additional 30 square meter terrace. The construction and furniture meets the high European standard and style. Most of the interior, like the kitchen and sofas, have been imported from Germany. The same goes for all the equipment. We wanted to make it perfect. No ugly wall mounted TV screens but a large HD flat screen with blue ray player.

We are not far from Bandaranaike International Airport its only 20 minutes drive. Although we are close to city we were able to protect the natural environment just for you. Ging Oya River is home to many birds and you can enjoy water sports in the river. We can arrange an adventurous boat trip in River or in Sea. Activities such as boat trips and fishing can be enjoyed since there is a water sports centre adjacent to the hotel.
