The reservation/booking deposit is 58% of the total rental in U.S. Dollars at time of request for the reservation.
- Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel date.
- All reservation requests made 60 days or less prior to travel date will require full payment of rental fee to confirm request, special handling fees may apply.
- A refundable security deposit will be required on all rentals.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS – In the event of cancellation after the deposit is received all payments and deposits are non-refundable. Reservations that do not show up on the arrival date to the hotel will be considered a NO SHOW and be charged the full reservation. In case of a shortened length of stay, early departure or any other unforeseen circumstance, the deposit will not be refunded.
