The Villa is a stunning ocean front home, located on a cliff with stairs down to the Pacific with a couple surf breaks accessible from there. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bath plus a one bedroom guest house which features its own full bath and kitchen.
Very secure community, 10 minutes away from Punta Mita and 10 minutes from la Cruz, its restaurants and marina.
Golf cart to facilitate beach club access. Daily maid service and our exceptional chef available to prepare breakfast and lunch a tennis court is available steps away from the villa and we offer kayak and snorkeling gear. Membership cards to access the Punta Mita resort amenities can also be arranged.
Tansporter Van available for airport pickups and to rent with driver for dinner out or tours.

Additional information
- A deposit of the 60% is required to make a reservation.
- A refundable security deposit will be required at time of stay.
- The balance payment must be paid in full 60 days before your arrival.
- A reservation made less than 60 days will require full payment at time of booking.
-The security deposit less any deductions permitted under the agreement shall be returned to Customer within 10 days after the end of Customer’s Time of Stay.
Cancellation policies:
a) Made more than 90 days prior to arrival date; Penalty: forfeit 25% of rental price
b) Made between 30-90 days prior to arrival: forfeit 50% of the rental price
c) Made less than 30 days prior to arrival: forfeit 100% of the rental price.
Note: 100% of the security deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation if owner and/or agency are able to rent the unit for the same rental period, the reimbursement of forfeited payments less the rental price difference for new booking the same date will be provided.
