It sits upon a cliff with its own private stairs to the beach and has a 50 foot long mosaic tiled infinity pool and a “palapa” roofed living area which includes an outdoor dining room with stunning ocean views.
This Villa comes with full time staff: cook and maid. For your convenience, full breakfast and lunch can be organized by request. For your leisure it also includes wireless internet, flat screen TV's with internet TV, Vonage telephone line, and stereo with easy hook up for an Ipod.

Additional information
3 night minimum stay (7 night minimum stay during Festive Season). Rate includes daily cooking & housekeeper services. Full preparation of breakfast and lunch is provided. Dinner can be arranged at additional cost.
• 50% deposit needed to confirm booking.
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival except Christmas/New Years and Easter/Spring Break(90 days).
• 80% refund is given when cancelling at least 30 days prior to arrival date except for Christmas/New Year & Easter/Spring Break. If cancelletion is within those 30 or 90 days prior arrival, payments will not be refunded.

OTHER INFORMATION:
• A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required with payment. (will be returned minus any extras within 7 days of departure)
• Vonage phone line is provided free of charge to call to the U.S. and Europe.
• Masseuse available daily at an extra charge.
• Food & beverage not included but billed at cost from local market. Staff will stock the house prior to arrival.
