• 80% refund is given when canceling at least 30 days prior to arrival date except for Christmas/New Year & Easter/Spring Break. If cancellation is within those 30 or 90 days prior arrival, payments will not be refunded.

Big beautiful beachfront villa with great view • Plenty of room for 13 to sleep in beds • The villa is wonderfully close to the beach/ocean and the openness of the villa toward the water is great. The crashing of the waves is very loud. Some of our party loved it; others needed earplugs - good to bring earplugs just in case. • Bring bug repellent and anti-itch cream • Nice beach - nice sand, not too crowded (short walking distance from big resorts and more crowded beaches). There is some debris in the sand near the house; we wore sandals until we were halfway between the villa and the water's edge. • Water is shallow for quite distance out, waves are big enough for bodysurfing. Our group included young swimmers ages 7-12, and the children were very comfortable with the surf. • Friendly accommodating staff who can take care of all grocery shopping, cooking, laundry and daily cleaning
