This independent holiday home is located only 2,3 km from the beach of Tarquinia - an interesting Etruscan area on the coast to the north of Lazio, on the border with Tuscany. The property has a 4,000 m² fenced garden, where you can enjoy an undisturbed holiday. From the upper floor you have a wide view as far as to the sea. The swimming pool (4 x 15m - depth: 1,1 - 1,6m) is heated by sun collectors. Large loggia (55 m²) equipped with living area for outdoor dining. Next to the swimming pool is a bathroom with shower and laundry (washing machine, clothes dryer). The position of the house allows you to enjoy the beaches in the area, to reach the towns of the Latium coast and Maremma and to visit interesting tourist areas of Etruscan origin. Outbuilding with wood-burning oven. Pool towels are provided. A small putting green is available for training. A private road leads to a public beach. You can also profit from special arrangements with a nearby adventure park. Access to the first floor only by an outside staircase.
