Bright independent house located in Poggio Catino, in the province of Rieti. With well-kept furniture and paintings, this is the ideal place to have a relaxing holiday. It comprises two main buildings: a two-floor building with four bedrooms and four bathrooms; a second one (a wooden annex or “guest house”). A glass “wellness room” with a Jacuzzi and fitness equipment, external four-people sauna with aroma- and colour therapy. A two-day use of the spa (sauna + Jacuzzi) is included in the price, additional days are to be paid on the spot. The price includes the use of a mini-golf course, archery field, bicycles and mini football field. In the garden there are an equipped gazebo and a round pool. Fishing possibility in the close little private lake. In the main building: two living rooms, kitchen, two double rooms and two bathrooms (on extra bed is upon request) (see photos 11 and 12), one twin- bedroom, one double bedroom and two bathrooms. In the annex: hobby- room with billiards, one double bedroom with a mezzanine with three futon beds (appreciated by young people), bathroom with shower, laundry with washing machine. Outdoors, in addition to the garden, there are two paved areas with round table, wood burning oven and barbecue. In the “wellness room”: 35 mq- orangerie with little locker room and whirlpool. The “guest house” is a wooden chalet, located about 80 m from the main building, with living room with double divan bed, a bedroom with grand-lit, one room with bunk beds, kitchen with small kitchenette, bathroom with shower.
