- Step three: You will be given a thorough walk through and check-in brief.
- Step Four: You will be asked to fill out a registration/ credit card form, to be held as a refundable damages deposit.
- Step Five: please present the representative with the physical credit card that was used to make the booking as well as your ID/ Passport
- Standard Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10h00 on the day of departure.

- 60% deposit required on confirmation of booking.
- 40% required 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
- 60% will be forfeited if cancelling 30 days prior to arrival
