The villa offers various areas perfect for relaxing, with your family, or on your own with a good book! The outside bar is a particularly great gathering place in the evenings (or a good place to get out of the sun in the daytime) and is relaxing with its own music system.

The dining facility is indoors although there is an outdoor bar area close to the swimming pool

The black tiled pool, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, also boasts a built in Jacuzzi .
Luxuriant double bedrooms
Villa has four spacious double bedrooms.All bedrooms are en-suite and the house is fully air-conditioned throughout. In addition, all of the bedrooms have satellite TV so different channels can be enjoyed by all residents.
Varied local activities
Villa is located in Choeng Mon, top East-Northern corner of the island. The Estate is just 10 minutes from the airport. Beautiful Choeng Mon beach is within walking distance and both of popular Chaweng beach, with its shops and nightlife, and Bophut Fisherman's village with its vibrant restaurants, are only a fifteen minutes’ drive away.

- A deposit payment of 60% of the total due will be required upon the confirmation of a reservation
- The balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to guests arrival and 45 days prior to guests arrival in the X-mas - NY period
- All payments are required to be made by bank transfer net of all charges
- Security deposits may be requested on a case by case basis

From the moment you walk through the front door you know you are staying in a very special villa. The location, the size, the space, the furnishing, the outdoor space, the view are all sheer class. The location could not be better. Only 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Samui, and 10 -20 minutes from most of the must go to places on the island. The live-in staff in the villa were superb and make you feel like this is your own home. I would not think twice about staying here again on my next visit to Samui. This is paradise come true.
