Our luxurious Self-Catering Accommodation complete with all your “home from home” comforts is perched on a Koppie only 350m off the main street of the village of Prince Albert with magnificent views of the Swartberg Mountains and Karoo Plains.

Our House offers you 3 Spacious en-suite bedrooms sleeping 6, with extra capacity in each of the bedrooms & loft area.
Log fireplaces, Hot-art fireplace & Air-conditioners in 2 of the bedrooms and living areas
Enormous open plan lounge with TV , large open plan dining area and separate guest toilet. Fully equipped open plan farm style kitchen, two 50sqm stoeps, Pool & Braai.

Fully equipped large open plan Kitchen with air-con & fire place providing all your "home from home" comforts, ideal for entertaining:
Complimentary health breakfast provisions; 2 cereals, home baked muesli and rusks, farm milk & juice, 5 roses & rooibos tea, Nescafe coffee, filter coffee grounds, white & brown sugar, including sweetners, salt & pepper.
Smeg 5 Plate gas stove & electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, coffee plunger, large fridge with freezer capacity, ice trays, filtered water on-tap & stand-alone water filter, dishwasher & washing machine.
Crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, egg boiler, blender, hot tray, loads more including emergency basket & recycle bins.

Bedroom 1:
Sleeps 2 - additional single beds may be added if required due to spaciousness
Double bed with lounge area in front of large log fireplace including air-con with remote heating & cooling.
En-suite bathroom including walk-in dressing room, large walk-in "his & hers" shower, double travertine vanities, wall heater, trigger shower, int. shaver point, leads out to private outdoor shower and garden and spacious stoep.

Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2 - additional single beds may be added if required due to spaciousness and loft area.
Choice of either 2 single XL beds or King XL bed with sitting area in front of log fireplace including air-con with remote heating & cooling.
En-suite bathroom with shower and leads onto spacious stoep.

Bedroom No 3: Our Stoep Suite is 50sqm and is self-contained, sleeping either 2 or 3 in an open plan en-suite bedroom with:
Private outside entrance offering a spacious en-suite bedroom with double bed & single bed, vanity with hair dryer including air-con with remote heating & cooling.
En-suite fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.
Including 50sqm south facing enclosed stoep, with lounge and dining areas and large sliding glass windows with magical views overlooking the village of Prince Albert and the Swartberg.
Fully equipped self-catering Kitchenette with fridge and freezer, microwave, mini oven, single plate induction cooker, coffee plunger, toaster, egg boiler, Wok, Cobb cooker, Webber braai, crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, braai grids and tongs
Complimentary health breakfast provisions; 2 cereals, home baked muesli and rusks, farm milk & juice, 5 roses & rooibos tea, Nescafe coffee, filter coffee grounds, white & brown sugar, including sweetners, salt & pepper, replenished daily at no extra charge.

As this suite has own private entrance using the South Stoep it may also be booked on its own, however does not have access to swimming pool or braai area on the North stoep, but has own braai facilities and use of Boma, braai and Plunge pool.

The North stoep Measures 50sqm, overlooks the natural Karoo plains for 100km’s, built-in braai, bar area, pool, enclosed private garden, dining area & lounge area.
Parking is safe, off street and undercover close to the house.
Property is fully fenced and the house has an alarm with 24 hour armed response

Pick your own fresh veggies & herbs from our organic tunnel, behind reception – season dependent on what is available
We will gladly provide you with the following at an additional cost: Additional firewood & blitz, daily servicing, personal laundry, car wash, braai baskets including lovely Karoo goodies and your grocery shopping.

Order a Braai Basket including your choice of Karoo Lamb chops, Chicken pieces, Pork chops and or Karoo Wors, like no other. We also include home baked bread, potatoes and onions in foil, farm butter, salad dressing, assorted seasonings and various fresh herbs. For your convenience the following is already stocked in your kitchen; Salt, Pepper, Spray n cook and therefore you need only bring your refreshments.
