"Friendly staff, excellent location" The hotel is wonderfully located near the old and new centres of Quito, yet it is somehow away from the hustle and bustle. Its rooms are comfortable though a bit small - the balconies make the difference. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We'd go there again if we went to Quito! Susan

All the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving great advice to a first time visitor in Quito. « The staff was exceptional! Rooms 11 and 12 are a bit of a hike to get to (up 3 flights of stairs), but absolutely worth it! The rooms are beautiful and cozy, and the views from the balcony are spectacular! »
