The Villa is a 2 bedroom villa with a fantastic tropical living space, swimming pool and garden.With its prime location in the center of Seminyak, the beach is a 10 minute walk and you are just steps from Oberoi Street For the best shops and restaurants in Seminyak

Bedrooms
The air-conditioned room on the ground floor has a king size bed, a desk and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. There is also a personalized wardrobe before entering the semi-open private bathroom.
The wooden staircase in the living room leads to the second bedroom on the first floor. The upstairs bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed with four columns draped in a mosquito net and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The room has both a fan and air conditioning and a private balcony. There is a generous dressing room just before the bathroom with two sinks, a rain shower and views of the rivers.

Living room
Under the high vaulted roof shingles, lies the outdoor living room to enjoy the tropical climate of Bali. The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofa beds with deep cushions, a lounge table and equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining room is furnished with a wooden table with glass top for six people. Next to that there is a fully equipped kitchen.
