Close to a very nice golf course that you can walk to, it enjoys a vast and closed garden of more than 5 Ha. This little paradise offers a splendid swimming pool and will allow you to keep fit while enjoying a sublime stone house, beautifully restored to offer you all the luxuries for dream holidays. Furnished with refinement and elegance, its four bedrooms have their own bathroom, one with antique bathtub. For your meals, you will enjoy an Aga range cooker to taste the delicious local products. The summer dining room is open to the outside. You can use the summer kitchen on hot days and the indoor's kitchen on cooler ones. A few minutes from the pretty villages of Clansayes and Valaurie, a lovely perched village with a Provençal market every Sunday morning, not far from Viviers where you will discover a charming port and its guinguette. This part of the Drôme is one of the most beautiful of the region . Besides the access to the house passes by a road classified "remarkable" for its beauty. Not far away are the towns of Orange, Saint-Paul Trois Châteaux and Montélimar. The Gorges of the Ardèche, which you can discover from above or descend in canoe or kayak in the space of one or two days, are at half an hour. NB: One of the bedrooms and one of the shower rooms with WC are accessible from the outside. A non secured pond is in the garden.
