This beautiful, newly remodeled, one-bedroom (sleeps 3) condo has spectacular views of Banderas Bay and includes all the amenities provided by the Holiday Inn.
Conveniently located in the heart of the Hotel Zone, you are a short 10-minute walk to the Plaza Caracol. This shopping center offers a variety of stores and restaurants. It also features a U.S. style Super Market for all your needs. A 20-minute walk takes you past the Cruise Ship terminal to Wal-Mart and Sam's Club, where you will find all the conveniences of home.
Beyond the front door is the hallway running past the bathroom, the bedroom (large opening on the right), and to the living room and kitchen. Beyond that is the full width sliding door leading to the balcony.
The recessed lights give the place a romantic flare.
Glass blocks adorn the shower stall making those traditional shower curtains unnecessary. A separate wash area features a colorful sink.
The large window opening separating the bedroom and living room allows you to see the kitchen and enjoy the view out the veranda.
There are two remote control TVs: one in the living room the other in the master bedroom.
The living room has two thickly padded benches that can comfortably sleep a child or small adult. These benches are ideal for you to enjoy the view out the veranda as you listen to the corner stereo.
The kitchen area include a mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, cook top, necessary appliances and utensils to allow the preparation of light meals.
As you peacefully sit on your 16th floor veranda, you will enjoy magnificent views of Banderas Bay and downtown Puerto Vallarta.
