The space
The loft is a 170m2 (about 1900 sq ft.) flat which has been totally refurbished by an architect and high quality / design materials and furniture.

It has a huge living room with 2 sofas, a TV space, a fireplace for winter and a dining space. It has an open kitchen with all equipments and 4 double bedrooms with 4* Queen size beds (160x200), 3 bathrooms with toilets and private wardrobes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking piano, oven, microwave, 2 fridges, Nespresso machine, kettle, pans, toaster, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ...).

Bedroom 1 : In mezzanine it has one double bed (160x200), a dressing, a private bathroom with toilets, a wardrobe, a desk and a window on the patio outside.
