They are located eight kilometers from the port of Korissia and two kilometers from the capital city of Ioulis, on the west side of the island, in the region Rondokado-Sklavonikolas, accessible from the road linking Ioulis to the southern part of the island, the colonies Poisses and Koundouros.

Both villas are on a plot of about 4800 square meters with oak trees. They offer a magnificent 180-degree view to the south-west-north, which includes Cape Sounion, Makronissos Island, Kea Harbor and Euboea Island. A hill with a small whitewashed church in the middle adds a romantic touch to the landscape. The sunset is breathtaking.

The total area of ​​the villas is 300 m², (150 m² each) and can accommodate 20 adults and at least 4 children with the possibility of providing additional camp beds.

In the first villa, the living / dining room is on the ground floor. It leads through the glazed doors to the spacious verandas and the pool. It is decorated with modern furniture. It has a fireplace and is equipped with TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and a CD player. The kitchen, in the same area, is fully equipped. A small storage room is next to the kitchen and includes a washing machine. A room, located on the ground floor, can either be used as an office or a room with a sofa / double bed. It has direct access to the dining room and the outdoor pool through a glass door.

The house has three bedrooms, all with a closet. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor. The first has a double bed and a bathroom with integrated shower and toilet. It gives access to a large terrace overlooking the sea through a glass door. The second bedroom has two single beds with also a built-in bath / shower room with WC. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, with direct access to the outside garden. It has two single beds and a cot. A camp bed for children can also be added. Next to the room there is a bathroom and toilet.

On the outside are large paved areas with pergolas, tableware for dinner for 12, barbecue, sun loungers for relaxation, a 4.5 x 10 meter pool and an outdoor shower.

At the back of the house is a secluded garden with a table and chairs. On the second level of the first floor there is a 4.5 x 10 infinity pool, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, sun loungers and a sofa designed to relax. There is also a closed garage and a large parking space on the side and at the back of the lot.
