Beautiful villa of Mallorcan style Rentalrecently renovated with a touch of modernity for 10 people with swimming pool and view over the bay of Palma de Mallorca - Balearic Islands.
Very large, comfortable and bright villa with a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay of Palma which has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en suite) as well as a toilet. A fully equipped kitchen and living room.

Outside the villa, you can relax in the pool and admire the magnificent view over the garden. You can also have lunch in the barbecue area and on the terraces available.
Everything is included in the price except electricity (0.25€/kW). Attention: You must pay 400 € in cash upon arrival to the owner. You will be refunded to your bank account 3/4 days after your departure.

The house is located in a quiet and modern area of Palma de Mallorca. A few minutes away you will find all the services you may need during your stay: restaurants, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, ATMs, hairdressers, kiosks with the international press, as well as public parks, children's playgrounds and large walking areas.

In the region there is also a small beach with a beach club where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
