Beautiful holiday home near the beach with private swimming pool near Portocristo, in Mallorca in the Balearic Islands where 12 to 16 people can stay.

This wonderful finca offers you a place to enjoy your long-awaited holiday. Here you can enjoy a magnificent swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m and 0.9m to 2m deep, or sunbathe and relax in one of the 12 sun loungers. Shower by the pool. On the porch, you can enjoy a beautiful barbecue in the shade while the youngest members of the family play ping-pong or have fun in the children's area by the pool. The land is fenced and the privacy is absolute because there are no neighbours nearby.

The construction is spread over two floors with common areas. Two dining rooms, each equipped with two sofas and ideal for reading a book or watching satellite TV. Two kitchens equipped with a gas hob, an electric oven, a dining table and all the necessary utensils. Washing machine, iron and an ironing board.
On the same floor, three bedrooms with cupboards, one with a double bed and two with two single beds. Toilets and two bathrooms, one with a separate bath and shower, and the other with a bath.
Upstairs a third lounge with TV-SAT and four other bedrooms, two of which have cupboards. All with two single beds and one of them with a bathroom with bathtub and another adjoining bathroom.
The seventh bedroom will only be available if the last two additional guests are accommodated, the two previous ones being accommodated in two folding beds, one located in one of the lower bedrooms and the other in the room with private bathroom on the floor. The upper floor is completed by a bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. The six main rooms have a fan and gas heating.

Portocristo is a beautiful city with one of the most beautiful coves on the island, located 2.7 km from the property. However, you can also visit many other dream coves such as Cala Anguila or Cala Mendia. If you would like a more exciting visit, we recommend the famous and impressive Cuevas del Drach and Cuevas dels Hams. In Portocristo there is a wide variety of shops so that you don't miss anything, but you will surely be surprised by the charming city of Manacor, about 9 km away, with its large supermarkets, impressive shops especially for furniture, and wonderful restaurants and tapas bars.
