This high quality houseboat is located in a beautiful location just a few kilometers from the beach, the sea and the center of Nieuwpoort. The floating home is suitable for 4 people with 2 bedrooms. On the front and upper deck you can relax, there are 2 sun loungers available. The house boat has been given a beautiful place in the marina Marina Westhoek, with an unobstructed view of a canal and pasture. You can stay in the house all year round.

The living room with open kitchen is modernly furnished. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has a crossed bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are several terraces, the largest being the sun deck, which is accessed via a spiral staircase.

The area and this location are perfect to be discovered on foot and by bike. In the immediate vicinity you will find the IJzermonding nature reserve where many birds breed. The center of Nieuwpoort with many shops and restaurants can be visited on foot. The beach with restaurants, surf shops and rental of sun beds and the like is only 4 km away. Nieuwpoort is one of the many seaside resorts on the Belgian coast that are connected by a coastal tram that runs daily and regularly. A very nice way to explore the coast. For families with smaller children, Plopsaland De Panne offers a nice day out, just a 20-minute drive away. You will also find the coastal towns of Ostend, Koksijde, De Haan, Blankenberge, Westende and Bredene just a short drive away. The art city of Bruges is also easily accessible (45 km) and Ghent (75 km). Veurne and Diksmuide are also worth a visit.
