Old Ardennes farmhouse anno 1800 which has been completely renovated. The property itself consists of two floors.
On the ground floor, the living room, bar, dining room and kitchen form one room and this on a total area of over 275m2. A double sided fireplace, TV, bar with cooling, are provided. The kitchen contains an induction hob as well as a large tepanyaki hob and an induction wok plate. Oven, steam oven and microwave, professional coffee maker, large fridge and freezer are provided. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with Italian shower. 1 room is fully equipped for disabled guests.
Each room has 2 beds of 90 by 200cm. There is a sauna for 15 people, as well as a jacuzzi for 16 people (3.5 by 5.5 m) in an enclosed wellness area. There is also a 100m2 recreation area with a pool table, kicker and large projection screen. This area can also be easily converted into a seminar room for 30 people.
