The house is located on the Matira side, beachfront with direct access to the sea. The view of the shades of blue from the house is breathtaking, and you will have it as far as the eye can see, making it hard to leave the couch.

It is situated close to amenities (snacks, restaurants, shops, activities, rentals), allowing you to do everything on foot.

Ideal for family and friends vacations.

The Accommodation
The house is built on stilts and includes:

two air-conditioned bedrooms
two bathrooms
a fully equipped kitchen
a living room with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi
a terrace with a view of the lagoon
a laundry room
a fenced garden
a parking space
direct access to the beach and the sea

The house has a security alarm that you can activate or deactivate at any time. The sensors are located in the main hallway, kitchen, and living room. The main unit is fixed to the wall behind the flat-screen TV.

An outdoor shower is available in the courtyard.

Traveler Access
The gate operates manually. When exiting the parking lot, a mirror is placed in front of the exit to see vehicles coming from the turning side and facilitate the exit.

Other Remarks House Rules:
Hygiene and Cleanliness of the Accommodation:

Please keep the accommodation clean during your stay.
Kindly remove your shoes, sandals, flip-flops, or others before entering the accommodation.

Respect for Equipment:
Please respect the house as if it were your own.
Please do not use the air conditioning with doors and windows open, as this may damage the unit.
For ecological and economic reasons, do not forget to turn off lights and air conditioning before leaving the house.
Respect the furniture and bedding provided by the hosts.
Please do not take accessories outside to avoid losing or misplacing them.

Smoking Area:
Please smoke outside the house and dispose of your cigarette butts in the bins.

Damages:
Please inform us immediately in case of any damages (breakage, loss, stains, tears, etc.).
Any damage caused will be charged to the client on the day of their departure.
Please do not move furniture from one room to another without our consent.

Noise and Waste Recycling:
We hope you will have lots of laughter and fun during your vacation! However, we would appreciate it if you could be mindful and limit noise out of respect for neighbors or the community.
In case of a dispute or complaint from a neighbor, it is your duty to inform us and address it reasonably.
If neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may evict you from the property. This could result in the loss of your security deposit and rental amount.
For waste sorting, let’s all be responsible. Bins are provided for recycling waste. Please follow the instructions on the dedicated signage. And please refrain from throwing waste in the courtyard.

Security of the Accommodation and Personal Belongings:
We are not immune to theft, so please ensure to lock the house before going out. In case of a dispute due to negligence, this could lead to compensation.
The establishment is not responsible for the loss or theft of your personal belongings or valuables.
Child Safety and Supervision: We strive to make our vacation rental as child-friendly as possible. That said, parents always have the final responsibility to ensure their children's safety at all times. To keep our property child-friendly, we kindly ask you to:

Keep children supervised.
Respect the furnishings in the house to avoid any damage, which could incur costs.
Be vigilant as some of our accommodations have stairs and elevated terraces. We will not be responsible in case of falls.
For safety reasons related to short-term rental rules, travelers are not allowed to receive visitors at any time during their stay.

Hosts must ensure that any visitors comply with these rules. Parties and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any small gathering must comply with our other house rules regarding noise, neighbors, and the number of visitors.

Pets are not allowed on the premises or in the courtyard.

Equipment, Rental, and Departure:
To facilitate cleaning after your departure, please gather all dirty bedding in one place. Be sure to separate items in case of damages caused during the stay (torn towels, stained bedding, etc.).
Please turn off lights, fans, or other small appliances before your departure.
In case of a power outage, please contact us before touching the electrical panel.
No compensation will be granted in case of temporary power, gas, cable, satellite, or telephone outages.

We have established these rules so that every tenant can stay with us safely and, above all, have fun. Respecting these rules is essential for every member of a group of travelers.

Non-compliance with any of these house rules constitutes a violation of the occupancy conditions, in accordance with the rental contract you signed.
We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who refuses to comply with these rules.
