Located in the renowned Falasarna area, this luxurious villa offers a unique experience with breathtaking sea views and modern comforts. Less than 800 meters from the beach, it's the perfect retreat for guests seeking relaxation and proximity to the island's most iconic coastal landscapes.

The Villa
Spread over three levels, Villa Falasarna combines contemporary design, natural light, and elegant details.
Upon entering, a bright and spacious living room welcomes you with panoramic sea views. This open-plan space includes a comfortable seating area, an elegant dining room, and a fully equipped modern kitchen, ideal for preparing everything from light breakfasts to gourmet dinners.

On the same floor, you'll find a bedroom with a Smart TV and large windows offering direct access to the pool terrace. This level is fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility, including the en suite bathroom.

Upper Floors
The top floor features two elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, balcony, and stunning sea views. These peaceful spaces invite you to relax after a day exploring Crete or enjoying the nearby Falásarna beach.

On the lower level, you'll find a second living room with a Smart TV, PlayStation 5, and board games – perfect for entertainment. There is also another fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a shared bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy the spectacular sea views and unforgettable sunsets from the villa.
Relax by the private heated pool (42 m²), lounge on the sunbeds, or enjoy a refreshing drink under the shaded pergola. A gas barbecue and a large outdoor dining area allow you to share al fresco meals with loved ones.
You will also appreciate the ping-pong table, the private garden, and the secure on-site parking. A pool lift can be provided upon request for guests with reduced mobility.

Pool Heating
The pool can be heated free of charge upon request:
From March to the end of May and from September 15th to the end of November.
Water temperature: approximately 26–27°C, depending on weather conditions.
Three days' notice is required.
(Please note: Pool heating is not available during the summer months due to naturally high temperatures.)

Climate Resilience Tax
