Nestled in the hills of Santa Teresa, just above the Laranjeiras neighborhood, this house offers a peaceful haven for families or groups of friends, in the heart of one of Rio's most iconic landscapes. Designed for relaxation and comfort, it invites you to fully recharge while enjoying breathtaking views. A dedicated workspace is also available for those who wish to combine leisure and productivity with an inspiring panorama as a backdrop.

A caretaker and a housekeeper are present daily to ensure your stay runs smoothly.
Built in the 1970s and fully renovated in August 2024, this charming Carioca-style villa spans five gently sloping levels, following the natural contours of the hillside:

Ground floor: a garage with space for up to two cars.

Kitchen and dining level: an inviting space leads to a sleeping area comprising two bedrooms (one facing Sugarloaf Mountain, the other overlooking the patio) sharing a bathroom, as well as a private suite with an en-suite bathroom and views of Sugarloaf Mountain.

Middle level – workspace: two offices positioned in front of large bay windows offering panoramic views of Sugarloaf Mountain and the bay. A bedroom with two single beds is also located on this level.

Living room level: a bright and inviting living room opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool. This space includes a comfortable seating area with a vintage-style bar, sofas, a television, and a record player. An additional bedroom with a conservatory, en-suite bathroom, and toilet is also located on this level.

Pool level: On the lower level, the pool area with sun loungers invites you to relax, as does a covered space ideal for enjoying evenings with friends.

The caretaker lives in separate accommodation and ensures maintenance and security, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
The entire house and all outdoor spaces (garage, pool, terraces) are reserved exclusively for guests. Only the caretaker's separate accommodation, located outside the main house, is not accessible.
Your co-host, Alexis, will assist you before and during your stay to ensure everything runs smoothly. With his extensive knowledge of the region, he will be delighted to welcome you and guide you in the best possible way.
