Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.

Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation, while the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.

A refundable deposit of 200euro is payable on arrival against damages and it will be refunded on the last day of the holiday.Preferred deposit payment methods are by a direct bank transfer to a UK account or by Pay-Pal.

The apartment includes basic water and electricity supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 euros per unit (1kwh)

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.
