מאיפה להתחיל ? לספר על קרן המדהימה או קודם על החופשה שאירגנה לנו ? כן. יש בדרום באזור מצפה רמון אשה מקסימה בשם קרן שלא רק שהיא מקור השראה לנשים ולאמהות אלא גם עובדת מקצועית אשר מחזיקה בחברה שהקימה במו ידיה ומפיקה ארועים ומארגנת אטרקציות בטעם טוב ובאיכות מעולה. חב׳ אמריקן אויאשיין מרעננה ( אני בתפקיד סמנכלית תפעול ומנהלת אדמיניסטרטיבית ) יצאה לפני שבוע לחופשה השנתית במצפה רמון . זו הפעם השניה . וגם הפעם כמו בראשונה לא היססתי לרגע ופניתי לקרן . תפסתי אותה בחדר לידה ... במזל טוב ילדה בן שני ! שום דבר לא עצר בעדה מלהשתדל למצוא את הזמן ולהפיק לי את החופשה המושלמת . התחלנו בבראנץ מפנק ומיוחד בחוות אורליה ( הבשלנית איריס משדה בוקר ) . למחרת ביקור מעניין וטעים בכרם ננה ,אחרי הצהריים טיול ג׳יפים במכתש שבסיומו אירוח כיד המלך במאהל שהוקם במכתש. זוג נגנים/זמרים הנעימו לנו לאחר הארוחה ותרמו לאווירה הנהדרת . הכל היה מושקע ואיכותי . תודה לך קרן על מה שאת , על שאת תמיד עוזרת לי ויודעת כה טוב לייעץ. נכון ששהינו במלון בראשית שזה לכשעצמו מקום מופלא אבל זה לא היה זה לולא כל ההפקה שמסביב . ממליצה בחום על קרן וארץ מדבר.

Ok, if you're visiting Israel and want an adventure that is SUPER cool - This is what to add to your itinerary!!! The jeep tour through the Ramon Crater is absolutely fantastic!!!Set aside, for a moment, how amazing the tour guide is, the actual ride in the jeep alone is worth the whole thing!!! If you like getting dusty and touching ancient stuff in the desert - this is for you! The guide is so knowledgeable and easily conveyed the information that it made learning a pleasure. We - a group of seven adults - took an all-day jeep tour of the Makhtesh Ramom and the Zin Valley with Desert Land Adventure Tours. The service was outstanding in every respect. Ezry organized everything professionally and flexibly (when we had a last-minute change in the date he was able to accommodate us without any complications and with a smile). The tour guides - we had two jeeps - Ohad and Moshe were fantastic. They are both "moreh derekh" i.e. official Israel guides. Moshe did the explanations and demonstrations, literally showing us how the makhtesh was formed so that we know that it's something completely different than a deep valley like the Grand Canyon. Ohad took care of the logistics, which included a fabulous lunch in the desert, served on a large blanket under an acacia tree. One of the best meals we had in Mizpe Ramon! But Ohad and Moshe also imparted thier knowledge and love of the makhtesh and nature while we were driving. Incidentally, their driving in very steep and narrow terrain was impeccable. The program was varied so that we also did some hiking. I can highly recommend Desert Land Adventure Tours.
